Enchanting in a minimalist style, this red carpet mermaid dress is an impressive evening gown. The on and off the shoulder large straps lead into a soft sweetheart neckline. Simple stitching is etched into the bodice and leads all the way through to the layered mermaid skirt. Three layers of satin are draped onto each other and the two top layers are trimmed with a stiff mesh material to give it that high fashion design.
